CALL OF THE WILD on Deciblog

Call of the Wild's debut album, Leave Your Leather On, hits stores today via Kemado Records.  The Brooklyn band, featuring ex-Awesome Color drummer Allison Busch, plays driving, Motorhead-banging, punk rock anthems, described by BrooklynVegan as "a style of garage that borders on Metallica-style speed metal".

In celebration of the release of Leave Your Leather On, Decibel Magazine presents the exclusive premiere of "Breaking Shit", a track off the album. As Decibel's Frank Lemke writes, "This is a driven cut, deep, all edge. Simple riff, garage distortion, and the solo is predictable to perfection. Heavy, noisy, and obnoxious..."

Call of the Wild keep the celebration going tonight with a show on a rooftop at 97 South 6th St in Brooklyn.
