OLD WOUNDS + Revolver

Old Wounds has teamed up with Revolver Magazine to unleash "Dead Beat Blues," the opening call-to-arms off the New Jersey band's upcoming new EP, Death Projection.

Produced by Kevin Bernsten (Full of Hell, Mutilation Rites) and mastered by Brad Boatright (Integrity, Modern Life Is War), Death Projection is out September 16th on Good Fight Music.

Good Fight has launched Death Projection pre-orders today at the label's official online store – the EP can be ordered as a color vinyl 7", along with various merch options.

The EP's full tracklist is as follows:
1) Dead Beat Blues
2) Ritual
3) Bloodpact
4) Epilogue of a Possession

A pillar of the new generation of metallic hardcore, Old Wounds first grabbed attention in 2013 with the release of its debut LP, From Where We Came Is Where We'll Rest. The band went on to tour hard with the likes of The Banner, Full of Hell, and Vices, and to earn accolades from Pitchfork, Guitar World, Alternative Press, MetalSucks, and more.

Extensive US touring is in the works now for fall, around Good Fight's release of Death Projection. Stand by for details.

"The trio emerges irate here, lashing ahead at a furious hardcore clip... [Old Wounds] pairs the maudlin pages of high school diaries with a grown-ass band's precision and power."

"This young New Jersey trio play metallic hardcore... which tips its hat to acts like Turmoil, Disembodied and Buried Alive."
–Guitar World

"Old Wounds are making a name for themselves the old-fashioned way: getting in people's faces and freaking them out with punked-out metalcore."
–Alternative Press

"A metalcore wallop that succeeds at being catchy and furious..."
–Cvlt Nation
