YOUTH FUNERAL + New Noise

Youth Funeral's newest track, "Confidante," is now streaming here, thanks to the folks at New Noise Magazine.

The young New Hampshire band's second EP, See You When I See You, comes out January 27th on San Francisco label Twelve Gauge Records, home to releases by Nervous, No Sir, Sabertooth Zombie, and more.

BrooklynVegan hails See You When I See You as "a complex, heavy slab of screamo in the Orchid/Loma Prieta/Deathwish Inc vein..." A new standard for its genre, the EP was produced by Will Killingsworth (Magrudergrind, Ampere) and showcases that rare balance of unhindered emotion and total musical control.

Youth Funeral is on the road now, finishing up a short US tour:

Jan 8 - Kalamazoo, MI @ Louie's Trophy House Grill
Jan 9 - Chicago, IL @ Mousetrap
Jan 11 - Pittsburgh, PA @ Planet Vegeta
Jan 13 - West Haven, CT @ The Crunch House

"A complex, heavy slab of screamo in the Orchid/Loma Prieta/Deathwish Inc vein. One thing that sticks out about them is the technically proficient instrumentalism... It manages to be technical, emotional and tightly composed at the same time."
–BrooklynVegan

"A devastating and jarring screamo record, the likes of which hasn't been seen since the early '00s."
–Ghettoblaster
