MEEK IS MURDER + Decibel

Masters of the short, sweet, and explosive, Meek Is Murder offer up another new, sub-2-minute slice of their charging-buffalo-core, in the form of newest zinger "Upward," off upcoming LP Onward/Into the Sun.

Stream "Upward" via Decibel Magazine, here.

As Decibel's Kevin Stewart-Panko puts it, Meek Is Murder delivers "a furious head nod to the glorious days of mid-to-late '90s chaos core in the vein of superheroes like Coalesce, Botch, Jesuit, Converge..."

New LP Onward/Into the Sun consists of two separate EPs – the brand new Onward, produced by Kevin Bernsten (Full of Hell, Magrudergrind), and 2012's sci-fi movie themed Into the Sun Where It Falls Off the Sky – and will be released on vinyl on May 5th on Rising Pulse Records (Candiria, Spylacopa).

Meek Is Murder consists of current and former members of Enabler and The Red Chord. The band's next show is tomorrow, April 3rd, in Brooklyn:

April 3 - Brooklyn, NY @ Lucky 13 - Spylacopa "Parallels" record release party w/ Dead Air, Godmaker
