'68 + Bring Me the Horizon

'68 begins a US tour tonight as main support for UK kings Bring Me the Horizon.

The two-week run with Bring Me the Horizon is the intro to a summer packed full of touring for '68, including a coast-to-coast trek with The Fall of Troy and Illustrations, and headlining dates to be announced soon.

Consisting of former The Chariot and Norma Jean frontman Josh Scogin and drummer Michael McClellan, the Atlanta-based duo rocks with a harsh yet rootsy sound that Alternative Press has likened to "rocket-fuel-drenched trad outfits like The Jon Spencer Blues Explosion, The White Stripes, and The Black Keys," as well as "Nirvana's legendary Bleach."

Of the tour kicking off tonight, Scogin says, "I have had the pleasure of knowing the Bring Me the Horizon guys for a long time, so I already know this tour is going to be one of my favorites. This is probably one of the most 'professional' tours '68 has been a part of, which will be interesting to see since we are usually the most unprofessional band I know. We don't have set lists, we make up songs on the spot, and we don't have any crew. I'm really looking forward to it!"

Debut album In Humor and Sadness was released on Good Fight Music in 2014.
