The Kitchener, Ontario band's upcoming third album will be released this year on Good Fight Music and New Damage Records.
Of Exalt, Exclaim! Magazine has stated, "the shine coming off of one of hardcore's most promising bands is so bright that it's nearly blinding."
Sophomore album Pale Light was released in 2014 in Canada on New Damage and made waves throughout the scene with what Substream Magazine termed "ominous... haunting... a foreboding soundtrack."
Equal parts aggression and dread, Exalt represents the next generation of dark, intense hardcore, as popularized by bands like Converge and Trap Them in the past decade. Influences like Godflesh and Chelsea Wolfe creep in the shadows.
