MEEK IS MURDER + BrooklynVegan

Meek Is Murder presents newest track "Full Hearts, Empty Rooms," premiered today via BrooklynVegan.

The ripping new tune sees the Brooklyn trio inject some Morbid Angel slime/sludge into its trademark, forward-charging sound – a stampede of D-beats and angst on par with Converge, whose guitarist Kurt Ballou produced Meek's new album, Was, on which "Full Hearts, Empty Rooms" appears.

Listen, here:

Produced by Ballou and mastered by Alan Douches (The Dillinger Escape Plan, Tombs), Was is set for a July 15th release. Pre-order here:

Having just completed a European tour, Meek Is Murder is back home and gearing up for summer shows with Dragged Into Sunlight, Candiria, and more. "Frenetic mathcore that fans of [Converge] will almost definitely like... with room for a little slowed-down sludge."

"Brooklyn's most batshit insane extreme music act... Was is a lethal injection of schizophrenic mathcore."
